Privacy Policy

Last updated: 29 October 2026

This policy explains what personal data Bytel Games collects, why, and what your rights are. It covers the website bytel.games and all games published by Bytel Games.

1. WHO WE ARE

Bytel Games is a one-person game studio based in Silesia, Poland. Bytel Games is the data controller for the data described in this policy (referred to below as “we” or “us”).

Contact: hi@bytel.games

2. OUR GAMES

Unless a game’s own section below says otherwise:

If a game ever uses a third-party service (for example ads, analytics, crash reporting or cloud saves), we will list that game here, together with the service, what data it receives and why, before that version is released.

Games are downloaded through app stores such as Google Play and the Apple App Store. Those stores process data about your download and any purchases under their own privacy policies. We only receive anonymous, aggregated statistics from them (for example, the number of installs per country).

3. THIS WEBSITE

This website does not use cookies, analytics or tracking scripts, and does not load fonts or other content from third parties.

The site is hosted by Cloudflare. Like any web host, Cloudflare processes technical data such as your IP address and browser type when you visit, in order to deliver the page and protect it from abuse. We do not use this data to identify you. More information: Cloudflare Privacy Policy.

4. WHEN YOU EMAIL US

If you write to us, we receive your email address and whatever you include in your message. We use it only to reply to you and to handle your request (for example, a bug report). The legal basis is our legitimate interest in answering messages (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Our email is hosted by Zoho in its European Union data centre.

We keep emails only as long as needed to deal with your request and any follow-up, and delete them on request where the law allows.

5. CHILDREN

Our games are suitable for players of all ages. Because our games do not collect personal data, no personal data of children is collected through them. If you believe a child has sent us personal data by email, contact us and we will delete it.

6. YOUR RIGHTS

Under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) you have the right to access your data, have it corrected or deleted, restrict or object to its processing, and receive it in a portable format. To use any of these rights, email hi@bytel.games.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection authority. In Poland this is the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych, uodo.gov.pl).

7. CHANGES

We will update this page whenever our games or website start handling data differently. The date at the top shows the latest version.
